una pregunta a todos. Llevo bastante tiempo buscando un anuncio del Golf que planteaba un enigma buenísimo con un billete. El protagonista lo entregaba en una gasolinera(reconocíoamos el billete porque antes lo habíamos visto apuntando algo) y en otra gasolinera más adelante se lo entregaban. No se si era exactamente así, pero no era nada fácil el entuerto y no lo voy a resolver por si alguien lo encuentra o lo cuelga. Pues eso, que quiero hacerme con él y no se cómo. Si sabéis como puedo conseguirlo o si algún publi freaky lo tiene en su poder, por favor, que lo cuelgue.

I don’t pretend to be the composer of the song! But if you listen to the Survivor song, you can see what is the creative part in my version. Sure, people are talking about the song. But people are talking about the car too, and about how beautiful is the commercial etc…! Volkswagen is gonna make money with my cover… but me? Do you really think it’s the right way to deal with artists? Steal their work, and then let them be happy because it appears on TV!!??? Don’t they have enough money??? F..k those corporate thieves!

Alex discrepo de tu opinión, ya que por lo comentado por Oliver, él a seguido los cauces necesarios para hacer la versión y publicarla en un cd de una banda sonora (derechos, permisos etc…) y por lo tanto esa nueva versión con ese nuevo estilo (fuera del rock, con instrumentación, melodía, voz tenue) se la hace suya, sabiendo siempre que es un cover del “Eye Of The Tiger” de SURVIVOR, pero lo que él dice, es que Volskwagen no ha seguido esos cauces y ha editado un anuncio con una copia exacta (música, voz, melodía, forma de cantar) sin ni tan siquiera pedir-le permiso… A NADIE (eso es lo que yo he entendido) y eso es lo que él denuncia.

Olivier himself didn’t compose an original version as eye of the tiger already existed. besides, he might take profit of the advertisement as now people are talking about this song again. anyway, congratulations.
La version de Olivier tambien se basa en la melodia origial de eye of the tiger. ademas quizas todo esto terminara beneficiandole.
es complicado el derecho de autor en los casos de versiones. la cancion de mastroiani seria una version de una version…. de cualuiqer forma. enhorabuena al instrumentista.
